I approach the therapeutic process not from a place of symptom management but from a place of deep exploration. There are many things that could drive someone to seek therapy: anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, loss, a feeling of being stuck, life transitions, or maybe just some soul searching. In my work, these are doorways to deeper self understanding, wholeness and fulfillment of one’s potential.
